My name’s Catina Haverlock. If you think that’s a mouthful, consider this: I grew up Catina Cecchini (pronounced Check-Eenie) on Chickadee Street. I’m not lying.
I’ve been married to the most handsome and thoughtful guy on Earth since 1994. We were college sweethearts and together we are doing our best to navigate this crazy Haverlock world and are glad to call it our own.
I am marketing director turned full-time mother of four, including our first-born Adam who lives with pretty profound autism. We lost him shortly after his first birthday and I started this blog as a way to deal with my grief over the whole thing (even though it’s been 14 years since his regression). And it’s helped. Writing is therapeutic to me in general, which is why this blog doesn’t focus solely on Adam and why I’m in the process of writing three books and have another five in the pre-planning stage. My goal is to finish my first one by Christmas.
Thanks for stopping by.
